We had a little Christmas party with some close friends over at Arashi-chan's place today, it was really fun~ But it snowed like crazy all day....and by the time we left to go home, traffic went hectic and it seemed nearly impossible to get anywhere. @A@;; Plus we had to walk through snow that reached beyond our ankles just to get to the tram stop, ahaha. =w=;;;;
But it seems like we'll have a White Christmas after what, 10 years? I'm kind of happy about that. ♥
When I got home though, I found a real surprise on my desk: a package from
Wakana. *A*;;;; She never told me anything about sending me a package so you can image my level of surprise and spazz~ *w*;;;
She sent me...
- a cute purse and jewel-stickers ♥
- a real Japanese luck charm, specifically for success in education and exams~ so nice...;w; just what I need right now, I have my first exam in 10 days!
- she also sent a luck charm for my mom to protect her health....SO KIND!!! ;____; ♥♥♥♥
- a Hetalia card game!!!! *3* she says it's really popular in Japan. It's similar to the traditional memory game where you have to pair up identical cards while all of them are turned face down and you have to memorize their location. Except, this is harder: you have to pair up cards with quotes of Hetalia characters from specific parts in the anime (written in Japanese) with screencap picture cards of the same parts. I think you don't have to turn down the cards here. But there is a CD where the seiyuus are actually reciting all those quotes aloud and that's when you have to quickly find the specific screenshot and the quote that goes with it! The more players, the better. Whoever collects the most pairs, wins. Seems like so much fun, I can't wait to try it out with Arashi-chan~~~ <333 it would be nice to have more people to play as well. I wish more people watched Hetalia in our year at uni. TxT;;; Not to mention it's a very useful game to practice Japanese, too! o.o/ Practicing my Japanese with Hetalia, can it get any more fun? <3333
I'm so touched, I can't express it well...Wakana is so kind to me, always helping me, supporting me... And she's such an open person, I feel really comfortable talking to her (only through e-mails for now - but I can't wait to see her again at JE next year~!). After getting this package, I really started feeling like I have a big sister in Japan who is watching over me....;-; ♥♥♥
和可奈へ:
もう一度本当にありがとう!!!♥
P.S.:
Koto-chan, I also got your postcard from Japan! Thank you so much, it made me really happy!! <33 *hug*
